Medical, Dental, and Vision

CTC Group pays 50% of the premiums for employees. HSA/FSA offered for pre-tax savings.

401(k) Retirement Plan

CTC Group contributes 6% of an employee's salary to their 401(k). No Matching is required. Employees are immediately vested.

Federal Holidays

Employees receive 11 paid federal holidays.

Paid Time Off

Full-time employees earn 15 days of PTO per year.
